And just like that, week 2 is behind us. Despite almost perfect attendance, only two teams showed up this week. It’s just a shame that those two teams faced off last week.
In the first game, the Krakens were still feeling the high of last week’s victory as they sat back on a 1-0 lead and watched the Unicorns rip off the next 7 en route to a 7-1 final.
The second game saw the Demogorgons continue their play from the second half of last week as they ran out to a 7-0 lead before Los Chupacabras broke up the shut-out bid with 25 seconds left in the game. And it was a slow roller. It was like feeling a sneeze coming up and then never happening. Felipe Rodriguez’s vinegar strokes was grossly interupted so late in the game.
