Week 6 Games

Week 5 Scores

Week 5 Game 1: Devils late game surge lifts them over Stars
The first period saw the Devils open up a 4-0 lead with goals from Iacarella, Burdge and Brenard. The Stars were able to cut the lead to one with Van Vlyman leading a second period push to get the game to 4-3 at the end of the second. The third period was all Devils, who added 6 goals to secure a 10-3 win.
Week 5 Game 2: Canadians find first win of season with last minute goal over Bruins
The second game of the night kept things close and entertaining, with each team scoring 1 in the first period. The Bruins would open up a one goal lead early in the second period. Both goalies were making Martin-Brodeur-level saves as the teams peppered shots on throughout the second and third. The Canadians would find the equalizer late in the third period before adding the winning tally with just 50 seconds left on the clock to secure their first win of the season, 3-2.
